Raina’s Sweet Treats was created by two waitresses who became friends over a shared love of dinner. Eager to break into the industry that we love so much (the very foundation of our friendship), we decided to start a business.
Very quickly, our shared love of ice cream bloomed into dreams of running through the streets screaming “hear ye! hear ye!” and selling ice cream to anyone who would buy it. So, we spent the spring of 2025 furiously learning the art of ice cream. By summer, we had a hilariously oversized ice cream cart that we took to the streets to debut our hard earned flavors. Each scoop sold bolstered our confidence that our big dream could become a reality.
As summer drew to a close, we decided to expand into other sweet seasonal treats and adopt a monthly drop system of introducing our creations into the world.
Today we are a micro bakery operating out of a ghost kitchen in Bed-Stuy. Tomorrow? Who knows! Thank you so much for coming with us on this journey…
